LogMeIn Rescue is a remote support technology breaking down the barriers of the typical phone call or chat support session. During my time at Tank Design, I worked to create a messaging architecture creating an overarching tagline and rallying point and working down to more granular, audience-specific messaging that was then applied to their website. On top of this messaging architecture, I also helped to create email, display and social campaigns as well as content such as white papers and infographics.
